Stambeshwar Mahadev Temple situated in Mahi Sagar


Sivan temple which is visible outside once in a day in Kavikadu, Vathora
There is lot of Shivan temple around the country but this temple very special especially it is visible once in a day only. The temple is in Gujarath, Vathuora,Kavikadu which far away from 40 kilometer from Vathora. It is very intimate the Arabian Sea, The Thambaswar Mahadevar temple was built by his son Murugan to worship Lord Shiva who was get triumph against the Tharakasuran monster. The temple is built in ancient period but it was discovered before 150 years. Sometimes the sea waves fully covered the temple and the shoal. When the waves get slow either the temple visible outside from the sea means the people goes to worship god and do the poojas. 
The temple’s top of the Gopuram only visible at the period of cruel waves. Also the devotees are waiting for consolation period to worship the god on Pournami (full moon), Amavasai (hide moon on that day), Prathosam this day special for Shiva, so the devotees wait for the waves  when it turned to slow means they goes to worship lord. The people are visiting the temple many of the pilgrims get forward to worship god the numbers are increasing to worship Lord Shivan.
