But the video shows one person who was sitting in a chair and monitoring the counting persons that he was taken a lump of amount and keep in his pants pocket. He thought that no one saw his hiding the money either theft activities. Unfortunately it was captured by this video. That person seems like officers who was taken charge for verification and ensure the workers activities
