Don’t preserve the eggs in Fridge
The egg is avoided to preserve in fridge because there is a salmonella bacteria in the white layer of the egg which the bacteria will increase in the cold place. This bacteria spread over the egg in the fridge and it should be keep in a room temperature. The salmonella is cause for stomach pain, intestine problem it was identify through the research. When keeps the egg in room temperature means this would block the development of the bacteria salmonella. In European countries and America there is an illegal activity that was preserving the egg in the refrigerators
