Yoga is one of the best treatment method for reduce the weight loss. It has no side effects it should be done in an empty stomach before food either do 2 hours after food. It is an easy method sit in a peaceful place keep straight the leg and hand up slowly and gradually hold the first toes the waist should be bend and stay for three minutes. The mane of the yoga is pachimottantasana. This could be done by 10 to 15 times daily slowly increase the numbers it will reduce the body weight.
Second step is pujankasana is just lay down on the floor and bend the body  oppose side and slowly bend back side the waist upper body should be turned upper side the face should see the sky, the hands is touch the floor for lift body up and stay for one minute. This will also reduce the abdominal fat.
