Methods to reduce Cholesterol from the body


The Cholesterol is much need for the human body for walking g and doing activities in day today life. But when it is store excess in our body means it will be stored in the abdomen and it stores in all places and it will not store in the vein because it has been stored much means it is danger for health. Cholesterol would burns when the body has been works and it supplies energy to do the work. But Cholesterol is challenging problem for the human beings so there is an easy method to reduce it which are as follows. 
Methods to follow
Use curry leaves , one glass curd water and ginger crush it in and drink one cup of juice daily
Goose berry, curry leaves and curd water will reduce it will use regularly for 4 days this will control the cholesterol level.
Small onion is very much useful to destroy bad cholesterol from the body use big or small onion and consume regularly by salad.
Avoid junk food and Maida food from bakery which are increase the cholesterol level in the body.
