But the persons are not punching their opposite person but it look likes the persons are punching and wounding the. 
The trainer expressed that he loves the business, he spend more time for his business and every day he spend time for his businesses well he said that he is strong passion in it. He knows he can’t do longer there is a certain time for do it. The punching and hit is mostly it is like a real thing. But overall it is a fake wresting play for deceive the common people for earns money.
