Belly is forming by after intake of food is main reason for formation of the belly. When eat food in between the time we drink water that is the second reason for belly formation. During the breakfast, lunch and dinner we must avoid belly to control the intake of water. The belly persons are doing jogging, running and other exercise. 

But stop drinking water when intake food. During the food time intake of water means the food and water mixed and creates bad thing and it comes out yawn. The hydro cloric acid mixed with water and food these three creates a bad oxide in the belly.  You people wants to reduce belly means avoid drinking water during intake food. If you wants drink water means drink water half hour before or after half hour after food. Follow this method to reduce belly. That one is very useful to avoid body weight.
