The Auto Driver Arumugam who was drives his vehicle with more passengers so the Traffic police charge penalty for his overload. The person approaches the Transport Officer to receive his vehicle but the Officer asked penalty with the bribe. The Officer bargain with the auto driver to get more money illegally, actual penalty is Rs.500/- but the Officer claims extra Rs.500/- to give bribe for his higher officers. That was captured in this video. Finally the auto driver Arumugam said that he will face this issue in the court.
