Don’t preserve Tomato in Fridge
Usually we all used tomatoes in our food and we expect reddish colour tomato in the market for purchase. We preserve the tomatoes in the fridge, in Florida University the researcher’s research about the preserved tomatoes in fridge and they discover the variation when it preserved on the fridge and non preservation tomatoes. This research has conducted in the tomato gene. It had long process it has research from the beginning of purchase from market and stored in the fridge till that the research has been conducted, When the tomato save in the fridge that the enzyme was lost in that those vegetables. The research find there is no changes when it harvest from the agricultural land.

The research has been conducted in three divisions that says the tomatoes was kept under the 5 degree Celsius, 92 /- wet place about 7 days from the first group, 8th day they changed the temperature to 20 degree Celsius, the second group kept the tomatoes under the 5 degree Celsius about 8 days, the third group kept in an normal temperature which means not keeps in the fridge and research about after 9 days. 65/- the content of the enzyme, nutrition, and the taste has been lost by the preserved tomatoes in the fridge. The Freon gas has made a chemical reaction with the vegetables thus the vegetables lost the nutrition and the taste. So we all are eating the flesh of the vegetables only not we are intake the nutrition. But the ordinary vegetables are which are fresh vegetables has complete nutrition in the food.
