State Bank Rules and Regulation and Post Office Bank Advantages



The person briefly explained about the advantages and disadvantages of the State Bank of India and Post office Account. The SBI bank declared that one must maintain their account with a minimum balance otherwise they were charged an amount for every month to maintain it. According to this rule the bank has have fixed and formulate rule for certain place. In a metropolitan city the people should maintain their account with Rs.5000/- minimum balance, City people they have to be maintain their account with Rs.3000/- balance and in rural area the people should maintain their account with Rs.1000/-. Otherwise the bank charges a penalty for every month. This rule is not favour for all kind of people specially the poor will suffer lot they couldn’t maintain their account within a minimum balance in an emergency period they used this amount for their personal use. The bank has obtain Rs.57/- for insufficient balance.
The second rule is the account holder used their ATM card five times only per month if the time is exceed means they charge an amount for the user. In other bank ATM the account holder permits use three times only. One advantage is the person used the ATM for purchase things and pay through the swipe machine this is free for the account holder.
Post Office Bank Advantages
The Post Office account is aid for the common people and it has enough facilities for the common people. One who is not able to maintain in minimum account in SBI means there is a primacy bank which is the Post Office Bank is favour for those persons, because the account will be open in a small amount. Rs.50/- is enough for open the account. If the person paid rupees 500/- means the bank provide ATM card and check book. Unlimited transaction, money transfer and ATM card use is free from the Post office account without charge. Internet banking is also available in this bank. There is no charge in this bank. The bank has obtain Rs.12/- for insurance if the account holder died means the bank will provide Rs. 2 lakhs for the nominee. The person briefly explained about the Post Office Bank services the bank has not charged an amount for transaction, money transfer and using of ATM. They provide internet banking; insurance for the account holder about the minimum balance is Rs.500 only.
