If the Smart Card holder lost or damaged means there is an easy way to the Smart Card from the e- service pay Rs.30/-. The registered mobile number is must for receive the card, and it should be existing condition, and then enter the mobile number on the e- service. The password was given through the e- service to get a new Smart card. The community facilitator officer will ensure it and send a password, if you have received the password means approach the e- service and pay Rs.30/- to get a new smart card.
