If the Smart Card holder lost or damaged means there is an easy way to the Smart Card from the e- service pay Rs.30/-. The registered mobile number is must for receive the card, and it should be existing condition, and then enter the mobile number on the e- service. The password was given through the e- service to get a new Smart card.
