How to make a soft idly
Idly is a south Indian recipe which is so soft and the Sambar is the best combination for idly. This a simple and tasty one which is steamed item, there is no artificial element added entirely made of natural food items, so this is especially health to the body, There is a tips for make a soft Idly which are as follows:-
Needed materials
Rice- 4 cups
Urad dal- 1 cup

Method of preparation

Soaked the urad dal for ½ hour, before that rinse the dal adequately, when after soaked there is no need to wash it. Rice soaked for 4 hours and soaked fenugreek one tea spoon with the urad dal. When these are soaked well means crush it little the rice, then take the rice mixture into the vessel. Continuously add urad dal in the grinder and crush it well and don’t pour water in it. Just sprinkle water to crush the urad dal well. When these are done means change into the vessel. Now mixed with the same add required salt for taste. The idly needs so soft means add lady’s finger top into the rice when crush in the grinder, this will give softness to the idly. The best is steamed in the idly vessel and sprinkle little water when it takes out. This is best to crush theses ingredients before one day evening, which is best to cook as a breakfast.
