This video shows the village style of cooking the people caught the cat fish in the pond and cook as a group. The people are everyone interest in the cook as well as they were eager to eat. The person remove the waste part of the fish and wash is well continuously added required materials, which is salt , chili powder, cake flour, ginger garlic paste and chicken masala which used for taste. Then they arrange for heated stone for cook use local fire woods for fire and then used oil for fry the fish. Then added the essential items in the piece of the fish and leave for rest then fry in the oil vessel.
They deep fry the fish and change into a another vessel the old age and the youngsters enjoyed taste and mingle them in the cook as well taste the fish.
