How they are betray the people means the customer used to fill 1 liter in their vehicle tank means they filled 960 ml only they theft the 40 to 50 ml from each and every customer. This chip is help them to show the rupees and measurement correctly in the display which means it is shows the customer payment and how many liters they asked, but it not show the exact measurement. 
There is influenced petrol bulk follow this 7 petrol bulk out of 12 petrol bulk; this video and audio not show their name.
